My favourite property in Playa de las Americas. Warm atmosphere, attentive and amicable employees in all areas. Brand-new well-equipped rooms with large shower, big balcony plus bedroom. Great food for all meals. Central location, not too 

The place was well-organized and had polite staff in all areas, loved the stay. Booked a room with big balcony as well.

I enjoyed the hotel, it was big size and clean, location was marvellous to the entertainment there. The employees were exceptional and polite. The food was outstanding and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu.  

Location: the hotel was short walk to the nightlife, the sea and shops and restaurants nearby, and shops and restaurants. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Tony Roma's. Our guest room was fantastic with big balcony, bedroom, 

Food options are fab. The hotel has a marvellous location in pieno centro. And its near to tenerife, a nice area and the sea and shops and restaurants nearby.

The venue is exceptional, fairly clean and the location is marvellous and absolutely perfect very close to attractions like Siam Park, Loro Parque and others, the shopping streets and beach and a nice area. The units are 

The hotel was big, and the meals were nice, I loved the marvellous and perfect location close to shops and restaurants nearby as well as the beach and shop. Attentive and polite personnel at all times, paid attention to every detail.

Fabulous all-inclusive hotel with a great pool and city views. Amazing and fab location in Playa de las Americas, close to Siam Park and pieno centro. Plus, walking distance to The Patch.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is impressive, especially the layout of the hotel which offers a nice location for your evening meal. The rooms, although in need 

Really nice building and rooms with big balcony as well. Great and fab location to drink almost everything to choose from, and 5 min walking distance to Playa del Camison.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Europe. The rooms were fantastic and the pools were amazing, especially the salty water pool which was a pleasant surprise. The food was diverse and delicious, catering to everyone's preferences 

Fabulous and clean place with super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff at all times. Amazing, fab location in Playa de las Americas, near to the shopping streets as well as restaurants. Plus, a short walk to Playa del Bunker. Excellent and outstanding meals.  

The value for money was excellent as the prices were very reasonable for what was offered. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, providing plenty of space to soak up the sun and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly
