My favourite property in Playa de las Americas. Warm atmosphere, attentive and amicable employees in all areas. Brand-new well-equipped rooms with large shower, big balcony plus bedroom. Great food for all meals. Central location, not too...

Food options are fab. The hotel has a marvellous location in pieno centro. And its near to tenerife, a nice area and the sea and shops and restaurants nearby.

The venue is exceptional, fairly clean and the location is marvellous and absolutely perfect very close to attractions like Siam Park, Loro Parque and others, the shopping streets and beach and a nice area. The units are adequate, reasonably large with big balcony.

The hotel was big, and the meals were nice, I loved the marvellous and perfect location close to shops and restaurants nearby as well as the beach and shop. Attentive and polite personnel at all times, paid attention to every detail. The property was in the centre of the city.

Everything was amazing, excellent staff, incredible location adjacent to Playa de Las Americas, the beaches and esplanades and shops and restaurants nearby. Double superior and good-sized units with big balcony, large shower, for example. Warm atmosphere, variety of great dishes.

Fabulous all-inclusive hotel with a great pool and city views. Amazing and fab location in Playa de las Americas, close to Siam Park and pieno centro. Plus, walking distance to The Patch.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is impressive, especially the layout of the hotel which offers a nice location for your evening meal. The rooms, although in need of upgrading, have basic amenities and a big balcony. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is perfect, with a large choice of meats, salads, and desserts, and you can even get your tea or coffee without having to queue at a drinks machine.

All was great, no improvements needed!

Really nice building and rooms with big balcony as well. Great and fab location to drink almost everything to choose from, and 5 min walking distance to Playa del Camison.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Europe. The rooms were fantastic and the pools were amazing, especially the salty water pool which was a pleasant surprise. The food was diverse and delicious, catering to everyone's preferences from vegan options to meat lovers. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor restaurant dinner with BBQ. The hotel was very family-friendly with fantastic entertainment activities throughout the day and evening shows that impressed both children and adults. The animation team did a great job keeping everyone entertained. The staff, from the bar to the cleaning and restaurant teams, were excellent and provided great service. The location of the hotel was also amazing, right in the heart of the lively Playa Del Las Americas with shops, animations, and the beach nearby. we were really impressed with our stay.
